Cancellation Policy

I seek to establish common ground with you, keeping a positive attitude, listening and showing concern, utilizing my sense of humor and treating you like family.


I am strongly interested in results; so much so, that every service I provide, from the bodywork itself to the type of lubricant, aromatherapy, music and healing space environment I offer, have been meticulously chosen for their individual and synergistic benefits to my clientele. Top that with putting you in control of your experience (see OUr Services), an added benefit in and of itself and unheard of in my profession, and you can see what's ahead for you—a uniquely satisfying experience every time.


CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for the therapist's time, I have adopted the following policies:


24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a fee.


NO-SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the “missed” appointment.


LATE ARRIVALS

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.


TERMINATION OF SESSION

Any inappropriate language or actions are cause for immediate termination of session. You will receive an invoice by mail requesting full payment for your appointment time.

Online:
Credit card and Pay Pal.

At appointment time:
Cash, credit card, Pay Pal or Personal Check*  
*At discretion of therapist.


HEALTH HISTORY

For your ultimate protection and in order to be fully effective, your therapist needs to know your health history; that is, what illnesses and/or accidents, surgeries, etc. you have had in the past as well as treatment you are undergoing at present. This includes medications you are taking for a physical or mental condition. In addition, be sure to list allergies you have as well as allergies you know or think you have to my lubricants and optional treatments (see Our Services).

If you are being treated for a life-threatening disease or illness, more than seven months pregnant, have diabetes, or cardio or any surgeries in the last six months, please bring written permission from your primary care provider or specialist. Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.
